Unexpected Beauty

When I try to keep the schedule, only rarely things go smooth. Fortunately there is a balance in the universe and it’s quite often as well, that I experience something surprisingly great I didn’t even expect. Moreover, without making much effort for it.

Seeing sunsets above the city harbors is always a strong experience for me and I was lucky to catch one absolutely stunning sunset during our trip in the biggest city of Sardinia – Cagliari. We were walking almost aimlessly around the city as we only wanted to experience its atmosphere and see as many of its picturesque streets as possible, with occasional stops at cafés.

And suddenly…voilá, there was a harbor just in front of us, during the golden hour. We had enough time to walk around, enjoy the sea view with the floating boats, and the slowly setting sun.

I didn’t plan to take the photographs of the outfit, I just wore something that seemed to be comfortable enough for hours of walking. But it would be a shame not to use that excellent light and background of colorful buildings.

In the end, it seems that simple outfits really look great at pictures. This grey coat is one of my favorite pieces, during the winter, wearable in different ways and it can upgrade any outfit. It’s from a Hungarian designer’s brand with an adorable name Ooh my deer and it was one of my best garment investments ever.

Besides the designs, the big plus is that, brand aims to minimize its ecological footprint throughout the whole creative process.

Sometimes the effortless looks take all the effort, but this was one of the cases, when they really simply happen. Same like the most romantic walk by the port you can imagine.
